Isopollo® H.pylori & ClaR diagnostic kit
for accurate and rapid determination
of Helicobacter pylori infection

Helicobacter detection kit - Isopollo® H.pylori & ClaR

Helicobacter pylori causes chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, etc., and is causative bacteria that lead to gastric cancer.
In Korea, the incidence rate is relatively high.

Product Explanation

Isopollo® H. pylori & ClaR is in vitro diagnostic
reagents for testing the presence of Helicobacter
pylori virus in human gastric biopsy and the mutation
of A2143G and T2182C in 23s rRNA gene which
causes Clarithromycin resistance. It is a reagent for
differential diagnosis by simultaneous or
independent analysis using a ring-mediated
isothermal nucleic acid amplification method.
It is possible to extract the nucleic acid of the patient
and that can be confirmed the infection accurately
and quickly.

Product Features

1. Can verify the existence of Helicobacter virus and Clarithromycin resistant mutation at the same time as one test.
2. Inspection products using the isothermal amplification technology.
3. Can detect infection without expensive equipment.
4. High susceptibility and susceptibility of virus detection.

Clinical material

Gastric biopsy of human
