MmaxSure™ SARS-CoV-2 Detection Kit is designed to target the nucleocapsid gene instead of the spike protein gene, the kit’s performance evaluation of SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV-2 variants was conducted using RNA received from Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency. As a result, it was confirmed that MmaxSure™ SARS-CoV-2 Detection Kit can detect SARS-CoV-2 infection even if there is a variant.
