M monitor Inc. announced on June 28 that it has received the CE-IVD mark for MmaxSure™ EZ SARS-CoV-2 Detection Kit.

MmaxSure™ EZ SARS-CoV-2 Detection Kit is an in vitro diagnostic kit for qualitative analysis to diagnose severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection. This kit detects RdRP gene and N gene of SARS-CoV-2 in nasopharyngeal swab specimens from individuals suspected of being infected by COVID-19. With this kit, you can check the test result within 32 minutes, and It is convenient to use because only RNA is dispensed into a premix-type kit and isothermal amplification is performed. Also, analysis time can be shortened by visually confirming the results using color change without using an additional process such as electrophoresis in conventional PCR.
